Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations as needed.
Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, efficient service.
Handle guest questions and complaints with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean, well-organized dining area at all times.
Assist with table setup and restaurant preparation.
Adhere to company standards and health & safety regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays .
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Must be currently residing in Mellieha or the surrounding areas .
Skill Pass required, or willingness to apply for one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
