Position Summary: PRN (as needed) Shift: Day shift (Monday – Friday) Compensation: $14.50-$16.00 per hour - Based on experience Provide Transportation for services for residents. Job Duties:

• Transport residents to any point on scheduled bus route.
• Provide transportation for meetings, group activities and department functions.
• Fill vehicles with gasoline.
• Check buses for maintenance needs.
• Provide scheduled bus transportation for residents in wheelchairs.
• Provide transportation for agency events.
• Turn in bus maintenance form to Grounds to ensure preventative maintenance and needed repairs are completed in a timely fashion.
• Return videos to library or video store on time, as appropriate.
• Attend 95% of mandatory inservices.
• Update bus schedule as needed.
• Assures passenger list is current before leaving campus and communicates this with Tower Receptionist.
• Trains staff and volunteers for Commercial Drivers License, if requested.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization regarding the use of technology and technology-based information.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma. Valid Driver’s License. At least 21 years of age. Excellent driving records with no violations in the past three years Minimum Experience: Experience in Transportation and with older adults and/or people with dementia preferred, but not required.
