Handle inbound and outbound calls with current and potential donors
Provide a compassionate and professional giving experience
Record donor information accurately in our system
Follow up to ensure donor satisfaction and ongoing engagement
Meet performance goals and open doors to advancement opportunities
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service experience
Clear and confident verbal communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Flexible availability for scheduling needs
Windows 11 PC (Mac and Chromebook not supported)
Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
Dual monitors (a plus)
USB noise-canceling headset (preferred but not required)
Hardwired internet connection (preferred but not required)
Pay: $14–$15/hr starting rate
Work Environment: 100% remote, flexible scheduling
