Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scopes and deliverables; manage timelines, resources, and comprehensive project plans.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal stakeholders and facilitate communication across teams.

• Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors, ensuring adherence to  standards and quality requirements.

• Timeline Management: Build and track schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

• Quality Assurance: Set quality standards and conduct regular checks to ensure compliance and performance.

• Change Management: Assess and manage scope or timeline changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders.

• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reporting & Documentation: Deliver progress updates and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, and support development.

Required Qualifications:

• BA in Business Administration, Retail/Marketing Management, Project Management, or related field.

• Proven project management experience in retail or marketing, ideally in corporate operations.

• Strong understanding of retail/marketing processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
