This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Programmatic Senior Advertising Manager in India.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, focusing on programmatic, Meta, and Google platforms. You will develop data-driven strategies that maximize audience reach, visibility, and revenue growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business and brand objectives. This position offers the opportunity to manage large-scale media budgets, leverage advanced analytics, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact marketing performance. You will work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, applying both creative and analytical thinking to drive measurable outcomes. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high level of collaboration and accountability. Your work will help shape digital advertising strategies that scale effectively across multiple platforms and audiences.

Accountabilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize cross-channel campaigns on Programmatic, Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, and other digital placements
• Develop and execute data-driven media strategies to drive incremental reach, visibility, and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to meet ROI and efficiency targets
• Analyze campaign performance weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
• Ensure alignment of advertising initiatives with brand and product goals

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google ad campaigns
• Proven success managing large-scale media budgets ($6M+ annually) with measurable results
• Expertise with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and collaborative environment
• Remote work readiness, including a stable internet connection, dual monitors, HD webcam, and suitable computing equipment
