We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and have experience with various tools and equipment. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential issues.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and traps.
• Utilize farm machinery, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide clients with recommendations for preventative measures and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and client communications.
• Drive to various job sites in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, and agricultural practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and sales opportunities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
