The Patient Experience Specialist is a key role dedicated to fostering a culture of patient-centered care at Jefferson Healthcare. This position provides professional expertise, coaching, and guidance to employees, healthcare providers, and leadership to support the organization's mission of earning the community's trust and improving its health.
The Specialist is focused on implementing changes that drive positive patient experiences, enhance employee engagement, and improve patient outcomes.
