  • Scooping litter boxes or performing other light pet clean-up
  • Checking the home for any pet-related issues or concerns
  • Communicating updates with both clients and our management team

  • A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • The ability to drive to multiple clients’ homes per day
  • Great time management skills—you’re always on time and organized
  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Confidence and comfort working with all types of dogs and cats (big and small!)
  • A true love for animals and commitment to their well-being
  • Availability for visits on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • A clean background check
  • A positive, can-do attitude!

Important Details:

  • This is a part-time position
  • You must live in or near the Amherst/Buffalo or Orchard Park areas
  • Flexibility is essential—pet care doesn’t stop on weekends or holidays!

Sound Like You?

If you're looking for rewarding, meaningful work where you get to make tails wag every day, apply to join the Sit n Stay team. We’re more than just dog trainers—we’re a support system for pet parents, and our pet sitters play a big role in that mission.

Ready to apply? Fill out the application and tell us why you’d make a great addition to the team!
