1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in overseas mobile game publishing, expertise in at least one area of production operations, market promotion, or user acquisition;
2. Having strong analytical and planning abilities, with a pioneering and innovative mindset, daring to break through and innovate;
3. Having excellent team management skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills, adept at integrating and utilizing various internal and external resources;
4. Passionate about the gaming industry, with keen market insight and excellent problem-solving skills, dedicated and responsible, and strong resilience.

Responsible for the overall publishing of mobile game business in overseas regions, developing and executing publishing strategies while maintaining market insights, continuously monitoring competitors and overseas industry trends, and making timely adjustments/optimizations; 2. Accountable for game KPIs, coordinate the operation of game products, market promotion, and sales volume, and lead the team to continuously and effectively promote the achievement of goals.
