Salary: $76,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter taught
• Ability to tailor instruction and engage students with challenging content
• Capacity to foster a positive classroom environment and build strong relationships with students
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
• Willingness to accept feedback and pursue ongoing personal and professional growth
• Creative approach to instruction and classroom management with a balance of nurturing and firmness
• Team-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and supportive
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude with a do whatever it takes mentality

• Develop and teach subject-specific Latin lessons
• Provide instruction that exceeds grade-level expectations within an interactive learning environment, ensuring exceptional student outcomes
• Implement the BASIS Curriculum by creating effective and innovative lessons and assessments to maintain international educational standards
• Collaborate with fellow BASIS Independent educators to build a community of dedicated and inspiring professionals
• Offer tutoring in content-specific skills to enhance students academic and career prospects
• Manage student behavior to promote academic success, personal responsibility, and individual growth
