*Assist with formation of new company proprietary funds, including drafting and coordination of PPMs, limited partnership agreements, onboarding investors, negotiation of side letter agreements, and other related documentation. *Oversee limited partnership fund investments in US and EU private leveraged buy-out, secondary, distressed, venture, infrastructure, and credit funds including document review and negotiation of side letters with sponsors. *Assist with equity co-investments. $185,500 - $265,500
