Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our service, helping homeowners enjoy spotless, toxin-free living spaces. You’ll work independently or with a partner to deliver top-notch cleaning while representing the professionalism and reliability of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide whole-home cleaning services using safe, non-toxic products and methods.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every home.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow company protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure homeowner satisfaction.
• Complete daily routes on time while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Uphold safety, efficiency, and quality standards at all times.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is helpful butnot required—we provide full training.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly and professional communication skills with clients.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).
• Must be able to complete Background check.
