*Maintain strong subject matter expertise in U.S. and global legal and regulatory obligations relating to information governance and records management. *Drive and implement defensible strategies and workflows for managing the information lifecycle, including the creation, receipt, maintenance, use, preservation, retention, and disposition of records. *Maintain understanding of case law and legal precedent relating to preservation of ESI, including the duty to preserve, legal hold notices, and the intersection with records retention obligations and information governance strategies $190,000 - $256,000
