Digital Media Creator ?Globe Life is looking for a
Digital Media Creator to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating graphic and video content for digital platforms that positively reflect the company brand. This position will work within the social media team to create content that fits the needs of business owners and agents to help grow their online presence and guide them in content creation that promotes positive online reputation. Additionally, this role will help maintain a robust content library through graphic and video content, campaigns, posts, and reporting dashboards to track content effectiveness.
This is a remote/work from home position. To be considered, a portfolio link must be provided with application. What You Will Do - Create no less than 5-6 pieces of graphic/video content weekly.
- Create and maintain content library.
- Review and uphold brand standards within content libraries.
- Research social media trends for digital content.
- Review content from business owners/agents.
- Create templates/customizable assets for social media use.
- Collaborate with team members on event-specific promotions/coverage.
- Write and submit copy for posts/content within library.
- Present new ideas for content and campaigns to promote positive online branding.
What You Can Bring - Bachelor’s degree, preferably graphic design from four-year college or university.
- Must have 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or digital marketing.
- Must possess a passion for social media and digital marketing industry.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
- Familiarity working within Canva.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, details, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of design techniques, typography, tools, and principles.
- Understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
- Enthusiasm about taking initiative on new projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Strong proofreading and writing skills.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with social media management platforms (ex. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
