Manhattan Project Beer Co is looking for a dedicated Brewery Facilities Custodian to join our Back Office team in Dallas. This full-time, on-site position provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our vibrant brewery environment and ensure that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

As a Brewery Facilities Custodian, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brewing operations by keeping our facilities in pristine condition. Your efforts will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both our team and our guests, ensuring that everyone enjoys a clean and safe environment while experiencing our exceptional craft beers.

We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $20, alongside a friendly work culture and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of brewery facilities
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with waste management and recycling efforts
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
• Support team members in various tasks as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting
