POSITION: Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) Instructor
LOCATION: NDSCS – Wahpeton and Fargo, North Dakota

JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities include teaching and developing curriculum for the AMT program courses that meet FAA Part 147 Certification. Develop project timelines with objectives and support requirements with NDSCS and accrediting agencies. Additional duties include student advising, assessment, student recruitment, and participation in assigned departmental, divisional, and college committees and activities.
SALARY: Starting salary $59,163, commensurate with education and experience

Hold FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
FAA Part 147 instructor
Effective oral and written communication skills

Willingness to teach students with varying levels of ability
Able and willing to keep current in the field
Willingness to teach distance education as future needs arise
