Overlake Terrace is located in Redmond, WA, and we are excited to bring on a life enrichment coordinator to further support the life enrichment of our seniors! Job Description The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates various programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Assisted/Independent Living and Memory Care residents. Duties and responsibilities:

• Through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families, program preferences, talents, and needs are determined.
• Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
• Driving the residents to events and activities with a valid driver's license and knowledge of how to transport seniors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of activity programming experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in senior living is preferred.
• A valid driver's license
• A love for seniors!
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills
• Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
• Ability to connect with people
