Accounts Payable Specialist Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience processing accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, postings, ACH, and check runs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex invoice reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel, especially with formulas and data organization
• Familiarity with expense management tools such as Concur preferred

Accounts Payable Specialist Main Responsibilities:

• Processing and coding high-volume vendor invoices accurately and promptly
• Managing accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Supporting staff expenses through expense report management and direct bill processing
• Preparing and executing check and ACH payments
• Serving as backup support for the accounting team, including cash receipts, deposits, and reporting
• Maintaining organized financial documentation for audit readiness
• Collaborating with a small team to ensure seamless accounting operations in a fast-moving environment
