Job Title: Kitchen Accounting Analyst

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Shift: Open availability required

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Job Purpose : Responsible for analyzing financial data related to manufacturing production’s processes, including cost breakdowns and identifying areas of improvement to provide insight for optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete Costing Analysis for Daily Production.
• Complete Month End Reports.
• Complete the 3-way Matching Verification for Approval and Payment.
• Reconciliation of Payments.
• Audit Vendor Statements.
• Resolve Invoice Discrepancies
• Vendor File Maintenance.
• Correspond with Vendors and Respond to Inquiries.
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with SOP’s.
• Consult with: Manufacturing Accounting Supervisor, Kitchen Supervisor, Cheese Supervisor.

Skills and Abilitie

• Experience in SAP accounting system preferred
• Experience in MRP manufacturing system
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable 
• Knowledge of General Accounting procedures
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Great Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of DC Operations
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong Sense of Teamwork
• Ability to Adhere to Strict Deadlines 
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and WCD team.

Education and/or Experience:

• Food Industry Background Preferred
• Some College Preferred

• Ability to safely work around/with heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a high paced environment.
